Shelly
Lead Dental Assistant
Shelly has been with our practice since 1997. As our lead dental assistant, she loves the variety that comes with helping new patients every day. Prior to joining our team, she studied at Renton Technical College.
After hours, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family. Shelly is married to her high-school sweetheart and they have one son.
Helen
Dental Assistant
Helen’s been with us since 1993. She loves the relationships she’s built with our patient family and our doctors and staff. Working in the clinic, Helen seats and prepares patients for treatment and assists the doctors with procedures. Her goal is to make sure everyone has great dental experiences and leaves with smiles.
When she’s not working, Helen enjoys time with her two adult sons, as well as her parents. She likes the Seahawks, NASCAR, bowling, and camping with family and friends.
Kimmy
Certified Dental Assistant
Kimmy attended Renton Technical College, has additional training in CEREC®, and joined our team in 2015. She enjoys helping people get out of pain and back to smiling. Kimmy assists our doctors with general dentistry procedures as well as periodontal treatments. She’s also cross-trained and she works at the front desk.
Kimmy’s free time is spent with her husband and daughter. The family never misses a Seahawks game! She also likes to watch movies and read good books.
Allison
Dental Assistant
Allison has been with renton dental arts since 2019 and became a dental assistant in 2005. Allison enjoys the variety of assisting general dentists as well as dental assisting specialists in periodontics and oral surgery. In her downtime, allison enjoys being with her family and enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys reading and movies with her family.
Alissa
Dental Assistant
Alissa attended Pima Medical Institute for Dental Assisting and joined Renton Dental Arts in 2019.
When not in the office, she enjoys reading, hot yoga, and watching the Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders.
Mayela
Dental Assistant
Mayela has always been interested in the Orthodontics field and became an Ortho Assistant in 2016. She loves helping patients get straight beautiful teeth.
When not in the office, she enjoys learning about new make-up trends and spending time with her high-school sweetheart, family, and friends.
Natalie
Certified Dental Assistant
As one of our dental assistants, Natalie does what she can to turn every dental appointment into a great experience for the patient. Helping create beautiful and life-like dental restorations is her favorite part of assisting. She obtained her DA certification through Bellingham Technical College and joined our team after moving to King County in 2009.
Away from the office, Natalie enjoys reading, drawing, and walking to the coffee shop. She and her family live in a 1919 Craftsman home that always keeps them busy.
Heather
Dental Assistant
Heather has been a dental assistant since 2012. She attended a small dental assisting school in Bothell. When she is not at the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs and bird.
