Shelly has been with our practice for 18 great years. As our lead dental assistant, she loves the variety that comes with helping new patients every day. Prior to joining our team, she studied at Renton Technical College.
After hours, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family. Shelly is married to her high-school sweetheart and they have one son.
Helen M.
Dental Assistant
Helen’s been with us since 1993. She loves the relationships she’s built with our patient family and our doctors and staff. Working in the clinic, Helen seats and prepares patients for treatment and assists the doctors with procedures. Her goal is to make sure everyone has great dental experiences and leaves with smiles.
When she’s not working, Helen enjoys time with her two adult sons, as well as her parents. She likes the Seahawks, NASCAR, bowling, and camping with family and friends.
Natalie R.
Certified Dental Assistant
As one of our dental assistants, Natalie always does what she can to turn every dental appointment into a great experience for the patient. She studied at Whatcom Community College and Bellingham Technical College and has a total of nine years’ experience in dentistry.
Natalie and her husband have a daughter and a cat. Away from the office, she enjoys reading, singing, hot yoga, and watching the Mariners. One day she hopes to visit Israel with her sketchbook.
Kimmy C.
Certified Dental Assistant
Kimmy attended Renton Technical College, has additional training in CEREC®, and joined our team in 2015. She enjoys helping people get out of pain and back to smiling. Kimmy assists our doctors with general dentistry procedures as well as periodontal treatments. She’s also cross-trained and she works at the front desk.
Kimmy’s free time is spent with her husband and daughter. The family never misses a Seahawks game! She also likes to watch movies and read good books.

I have been assisting for Renton Dental Arts for 6 months, however been assisitng for 18 years. I enjoy the varitey of assisting RDA has for me as far as endo, ortho, and periodontal treatments.
When I'm not at the office I enjoy being with her family and enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys reading and enjoying movies with her family.

Dental Assistant
Allison attended Pima Medical Institute for Dental Assisting and joined Renton Dental Arts in 2019.
When not in the office, she enjoys reading, hot yoga, and watching the Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders.
Mayela
Dental Assistant
Mayela has always been interested in the Orthodtics field and became an Ortho Assistant in 2016. She loves helping patients get straight beautiful teeth.
When not in the office, she enjoys learning about the new make-up trends and spending time with her high-school sweetheart, family, and friends.
