Renton Dental Arts offers the latest in dental technology such as oral scanners (cameras instead of impressions), 3D printing and 3D radiographic imaging. Our orthodontic services include but are not limited to treatments with both clear aligners and traditional appliances (metal and ceramic braces), growth modification appliances, and orthognathic surgical treatments (surgical jaw correction).

Your orthodontic consultation is included as part of your general exam.

Children: It’s Never too Early
Did you know that your child’s first visit to an orthodontist should be around age 7, or as soon as their permanent teeth start coming in? At this age, issues such as uneven bite and crowding will become apparent.

Straight teeth and proper bite greatly contribute to a healthy mouth  by improving chewing abilities, more even physiological wear of the teeth, and easier access for cleaning. When biting forces are not applied evenly along the long axes of the teeth, trauma can occur which can lead to gum recession and bone loss as well as teeth chipping and fracture.
